individual involved in any capacity with The World Filmmaker's Project
may benefit financially or in any means except by reputation and due
credit for work undertaken. All profit made from distribution and display of this collective work is to be used solely for the benefit of the collective. Those deemed to be in control of the aforementioned project must take responsible care of any aforementioned profits possibly accumulated in future distribution of the collective work of this project. All costs of distribution and display will be taken before any profit share can be agreed upon by the governing members of the project i.e. those mentioned within this document. All whom agree to this document also agree that no excessive profit be made for any venture in what so ever association to the world film project, any profits made will first be used to reimburse legitimate expenses incurred by those involved in the production and distribution of the aforementioned project. Any excess profit is to be offered as bursary to the original project members in the way of financial reward to go only toward the production of a second, sequel, or related project. |
