The director of the submitted film must make sure the following statements
are true, and attest to them by signing below:

That the submitted film is an original work of the director (s), and the
director (s) have all legal rights and absolute authority to submit the
film to the World Filmmaker's Project Free For All 2000.

· That the director (s) will indemnify and hold harmless the World
Filmmaker's Project Shootout from and against all claims, demands, losses,
damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses, including but not limited to
any legal fees arising from or in connection with any submitted films to
the World Filmmaker's Project 2000.

· That the five finalists will allow the WFP to use their name and/or
likeness in any post competition publicity.

· That the film submitted to the WFP and the director (s) honor all the
rules and meet all the requirements stated in this form and that all the
information supplied to the WFP is accurate and truthful to the best of
your knowledge.

WFP Free For All Rules:

1. Each submission must be NO LONGER THEN FIFTEEN MINUTES.

2. Each submission must have a jacket that states your name, address,
phone number, email address, and the title of the film.

3. Each submission must have a short statement by the screenwriter and
director, (or screenwriter/director) on the content and style of the piece.

4. Each submission must have a resumes of screenwriter and director (or
screenwriter / director).

5. Submission deadline: must be postmarked no later than September 1, 2001.

6. Each submission must NOT contain sex, or nudity.

7. Each submission MUST have a blue balloon involved in the film, no matter
how minor.

8. Each submission must be SENT on VHS. However, it can be filmed in
any format.
